PoE Turkiye is an independent Turkish-language information and tools platform for Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 players. It is delivered as a website; it is not a downloadable client.

2. Independence Statement

PoE Turkiye is not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games (GGG) in any way. This platform is not endorsed or supported by GGG. Path of Exile is a trademark of Grinding Gear Games.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Do not disrupt the normal operation of the platform
• Do not send excessive automated requests

4. Intellectual Property

PoE Turkiye platform code and original content belong to the platform owner. All Path of Exile trademarks, assets, and game data belong to Grinding Gear Games. Community contributions belong to their contributors.

5. Data Accuracy

PoE Turkiye strives for data accuracy but provides no guarantees. Economy data, build suggestions, and other content are for informational purposes only. Data sources (official, community, inferred, user) are clearly labeled.

6. Limitation of Liability

PoE Turkiye is not responsible for damages arising from platform use. The platform is provided "as is". No liability is accepted for service interruptions, data errors, or issues arising from third-party API changes.

7. Changes

These terms of service may be updated without prior notice. Updates are published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
